Square rib mesh is mainly used for reinforcing flat concrete elements such as concrete footpaths, Industrial and commercial ground slabs, Precast Panel construction, residential slabs and footings.
Square mesh is manufactured from ribbed wires or deformed bar that are welded together with equal spacing in both directions to form square apertures, and can be specified in different sizes to suit your needs.
The formula for calculating the lapping requirement for surface bed welded mesh fabric reinforcement shall be 25 x diameter + 150mm or 300mm, the details should be designed according to the project’s need.
